摘  要:为了快捷地对造纸原料的苯醇抽提物进行检测,实验用微波加热方法代替水浴加热。主要考察了功率和时间两个因素对苯醇抽提率的影响。结果表明,对2g稻草粉末做苯醇抽提物检测时,采用微波辐射15min,辐射功率中低火,可获得与传统的恒温水浴反应6h同样的检测效果。经重复实验,微波法大幅提高了检测效率,并且具有一定的稳定性。Microwave irradiation is used in paper making material test. In the experiment, the radiation heating is used to replace the water-bath heating. Two main factors are established as irradiation power and time. According to the experiment data, the best irradiation conditions that benzene-alcohol extraction ratio is at the same level as water-bath heating for 600min are as follows: irradiation power is 320W, irradiation time is 15min. After the testing experiments, it is concluded that the radiation heating raise the efficiency of detecting meanwhile it also has good stability.
