水刺法非织造布透湿性能研究

摘　　要：本文运用一般纺织品的透湿途径，分析了水刺法非织造布的透湿机理，并将水刺法非织造布与热轧法非织造布的透湿性能进行了比较。结果表明，水刺法非织造布的透湿性要比热轧产品好。在其他条件不变的情况下，其产品定量越大，透湿性越差。In this paper,the mechanism of moisture permeability for spunlaced nonwovens was analysed.And the moisture permeability of spunlaced nonwovens and that of thermal bonded nonwovens was compared.The result is that moisture permeability of spunlaced nonwovens is better than that of thermal bonded nonwovens.Under the same conditions,the heavier the product basis,the less the moisture permeability of the products.
