摘　　要：采用动态浊度法对多批C群脑膜炎球菌多糖原液进行细菌内毒素含量检测,同时设供试品干扰试验,并与凝胶限量法进行对比分析。从而建立了C群脑膜炎球菌多糖原液细菌内毒素定量检测方法和质量控制指标。A kinetic turbidimetric assay was compared with the gel-clot technique for quantitatively detecting the bacterial endotoxin content of different group C meningococcal polysaccharide bulks, in this way a quantitative assay for detecting the bacterial endotoxin content of group C meningococcal polysaccharide bulks was established.
