摘　　要：科研是军队医院必须肩负的三大任务之一,同时它又是衡量一所医院医疗水平、教学水平高低的决定性因素。二十一世纪军队医院科研必须实施可持续发展战略,与此相适应,医院科研的可持续发展的实现又必然以图书馆强有力发展为基础。Scientific Research is one of three tasks which military hospital burdens, meanwhile, it is also a key factor that measures the level of a hospital medical treatment and teaching . Scientific Research of demand to carry out the available continuous development strategy in the new century . Compared with this, its achievement must have been the basement of the library strong construction.
