摘 要:研究了复配表面活性剂的表面特性与分散染料在细旦涤纶织物上匀染性的关系。研究表明:非离子表面活性剂中添加中等磺化度的阴离子表面活性剂所组成的复配物比单一的非离子表面活性剂能明显地改善分散染料在细旦涤纶织物上的匀染性。复配物与分散染料的HLB值应尽量相接近,使用时浓度应略大于复配物的cmc,则对匀染效果的改善较为明显。电解质将使匀染性变差,必须将金属离子加以除去。而复配物的浊点、高温分散性对匀染性无明显的影响。但对不同结构染料匀染性的影响是不同的,应加以合理选择。这为高温分散匀染剂的选择提供一定的理论基础。The relation between the surface activity of formulated surfactanst and the levelling properties for disperse dyes on fine denier polyester fibers was researched. The results showed that the compns. of nonionic surfactants plus medium sulfonation degree anionic surfactants were of higher levelling propertiesfor disperse dyes on fine denier polyester fibers than that of the single nonionic surfactants. The compns. should have HLB values as near as possible to that of the disperse dyes and the use concns. of the compns. should be slightly higher than the cmc of the compns. in order to improve considerably the levelling effect. Electrolytes decreased levelling, and metal ions must be eliminated. The cmc and high temp. dispersing action of the compns. had no remarkable effect on levelling, however the influence on levelling differed with the dye structures, hence the rational selection should be carried our. A theoretical basis was proposed for the selection of high temp. dispersant levelling agents.
