摘  要:对不同量的释氯剂的丝光效果和各种柔软剂以及同种柔软剂不同用量的柔软效果进行了比较系统的试验,提出了羊毛氯化/聚硅氧烷处理的丝光超柔软整理工艺,并对丝光、超柔软机理及其染色性能作了论述。采用6%(o.w.f.)的释氯剂和6%(o.w.f.)的氨基聚硅氧烷微乳液对羊毛进行丝光超柔软整理后,其染制品具有羊绒般的手感和丝一般的光泽,且有一定的滑糯性;其防缩性能按国际羊毛局机可洗试验方法(IWSTM31)最强烈的洗涤程序(5×5A)处理后,毡化面积收缩率仅为-1.30%,完全达到了国际羊毛局超级耐洗的标准(<8%),色牢度符合国际羊毛局机可洗要求。Systematic tests on the mercerizing by different contents of chlorinereleasing compound and tests on the softening by various softeners and different contents of a softener were made. A mercerizing and super-softening finishing technology for wool by means of chlorination/polysiloxane was proposed. The mechanism of the mercering and super-softening and its dyeability were described.The silk-like lustre and cashmere-like handle and a certain smoothness of the article can be obtained by the mercerizing and super-softening finish treatment with 6%(o.w.f.) chlorinereleasing compound and 6%(o.w.f.) amino polysiloxane microemulsion on the wool. The area shrinkage resulting from application of wash test IWS-TM 31 5×5A was only-1.30%. It meets the IWS superwash standard (<8%) completely. So do the color fastness.
