摘  要:在对混流式水轮机转轮的分段焊焊接温度场进行分析的基础上,利用数值模拟技术研究了分段焊的焊接顺序对混流式水轮机转轮焊接残余应力场的影响,结果表明,采用先焊两端后焊中间的分段焊方法可以有效地降低叶片出水边危险区域的焊接残余拉应力峰值。在转轮的焊接过程中,采取尽量减小靠近叶片出水边的焊段长度的方法进行焊接,叶片出水边焊段起弧于叶片出水端,中间的焊段熄弧于靠近叶片出水边端。On basis of analyzing subsection welding's temperature field of Francis turbine runner, influence of subsection welding's sequence on residual stress field is studied by numerical simulation technology. The results show that the method of subsection welding in which the prior welding section is the two end section and the latter welding section is the middle section can effectively reduce welding residual stress of blade outlet edge's dangerous region. In the subsection welding process, the welding section of blade outlet edge strikes at blade outlet edge and the middle welding section quenches near the blade outlet edge.
