摘　　要：本文介绍了一种新型夜光玻璃钢安全帽壳的研制,对帽壳的结构、树脂液的配方、工艺过程及产品性能进行了讨论,生产的玻璃钢安全帽壳制成安全帽后其性能达到国家标准GB2811-07要求,特别是其夜光性能提高了其在暗处及夜晚使用的安全性。A new kind of luminous GRP safety helmet shell were researched. It＇s structure and resin liquid and produced technique and properties wad discussed, the properties of helmet made of the shell get up to the GB2811-07, especially it＇s luminous property can improve the safety in use in the dark and evening.
