N-乙酰肌肽滴眼液的研制和抗白内障药效评价

摘　　要：制备了N-乙酰肌肽滴眼液,室温放置2年,稳定性良好。家兔眼刺激性试验显示制品无明显刺激性。大鼠亚硒酸钠白内障模型试验显示,N-乙酰肌肽滴眼液可延缓晶状体混浊度的进程,明显提高超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性,降低丙二醛的含量,减少不溶性蛋白的产生。制品中剂量组的疗效与阳性对照药吡诺克辛钠滴眼液和苄达赖氨酸滴眼液相近。The N-acetyl-carnosine eye drops were prepared, and was stable at room temperature for 2 years. No eye irritation was observed by the eye drops with rabbits as the animal models. Pharmacodynamic experiments of rat cataract induced by sodium selenite demonstrated that the eye drops could delay the development of lens turbidity, enhance superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase activities and decrease malondialdehyde and infusible protein content of lenses. The effect of the middle dosage of the eye drops was comparable to the two positive control drugs pirenoxine sodium and bendazac lysine eye drops.
