摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法、旋转蒸发微波干燥法、浸渍法、共沉淀法和机械混合法合成Ni-Mo氧化物催化剂,利用XRD和Visible-Raman表征手段研究了催化剂的结构。结果表明,制备方法不同,合成的催化剂晶相结构差别较大,既可以合成单一晶相α-NiMoO4催化剂,又可以合成由α-NiMoO4和β-NiMoO4两相或α-NiMoO4和MoO3两相共存的催化剂。Ni-Mo oxide catalysts were prepared by five different methods, including sol-gel, rotary evaporation and microwave drying, impregnation, co-precipitation, and mechanical mixing. The structure of the catalyst was characterized by XRD and Visihle-Raman techniques. The results showed that preparation methods had influence on crystalline structure of the Ni-Mo oxide catalysts. The catalysts with different crystalline phase, including pure α-NiMoO4, and mixed phase composed of α-NiMoO4 and β-NiMoO4 or α-NiMoO4 and MoO3, were obtained by different preparation methods.
