摘 要:用免疫浊度法对进食期5~9月的鲤鱼Cyprinus carpio、鲫鱼Carassius auratus、鲶鱼Silurus asotus、中华大蟾蜍Bufo bufo gargarizans和中华鳖Pelodiscus sinensis血清中AT和PLG进行测定。结果显示:1)鲶鱼和中华鳖血清中AT的相对含量极显著高于鲤鱼、鲫鱼、蟾蜍的AT相对含量(P<0.01);2)中华鳖血清中PLG的相对含量显著高于鲤鱼、鲫鱼、鲶鱼和蟾蜍的PLG相对含量(P<0.01)。结论:1)5种动物体内都存在AT和PLG,并且抗原性和人的AT-Ⅲ和PLG相似;2)脊椎动物体内AT和PLG的生理含量与生存环境之间有一定的相关性。To investigate the relationship between the environment and relative concentrations (RCs) of antithrombin (AT) and plasminogen(PLG) in blood serum for heterotherm vertebrates, the RCs of the AT and the PLG in serum from carp Cyprinus carpio, crucian Carassius auratus, catfish Silurus asotus, toad Bufo bufo gargarizans and Chinese soft-shelled turtle Pelodiscus sinensis during the food-taken periods ( May to September) were separately measured using immunoturbidimetry assay at 25 ℃ in vitro, and control with the concentrations of the AT-Ⅲ and the PLG in human. The results showed that: 1 ) The RCs of the AT for the catfish(421 mg/L) and Chinese soft-shelled turtle (522 mg/L) were extremely significantly higher than that of the carp, the crucian, the crucian ( 115 - 122 mg/L) and human ( 215 mg/L) ( P 〈 0.01 ). The RCs of the AT in the carp, the crucian and the toad were extremely significantly lower than that of human. 2) The RCs of the PLG for the carp, the crucian, the catfish and the toad (180 -211 mg/L) were extremely significantly lower than that of the Chinese soft-shelled turtle (849 mg/L) (P 〈 0.01 ). Comparing with the concentration of the PLG of human (206 mg/ L) , the RCs of the carp, the crucian, the catfish and the toad were significantly lower, but that of the Chinese soft-shelled turtle were significantly higher. Conclusions : 1 ) Both AT and PLG presents in the blood serum for five experiment animals, and their antigenicities may be similar to human. The AT and the PLG remains conservatism in vertebrate during the evolution perhaps. 2) The RCs of the AT and PLG in animals living in the bottom of oxygen-poor fresh water conditions are extremely significantly higher than that living in the oxygen-rich fresh water conditions. There are important physiological adaptation relations between the RCs of the AT and PLG for vertebrata and their living environments.
