HPLC法测定乳结消片中橙皮苷和黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立乳结消片中橙皮苷和黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法。VP-ODS C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），流动相为乙腈-体积分数0.2%磷酸溶液（体积比27∶73），流速0.9 mL·min-1，检测波长283 nm。结果橙皮苷质量浓度在44～264 mg·L^-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，r=0.999 9；黄芩苷在9.0～88 mg·L^-1 内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，r=0.999 9。平均回收率分别为99.32%、100.5%，RSD均小于2.0%。结论该方法简便、精确、专属性强,可用于乳结消片的质量控制。Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin and baicalin in Rujiexiao tablets（traditional Chinese medicine）. Methods Analyses were carried out on VP-ODS C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid （V∶V=27∶73） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.9 mL·min-1 and the UV detection wavelength was set at 283 nm. Results Linearities of hesperidin and baicalin were good in the range of 44-264 mg·L^-1 （r=0.999 9） and 9.0-88 mg·L^-1 （r=0.999 9）, respectively. The average recoveries of hesperidin and baicalin were 99.32% and 100.5% with RSD less than 2.0%. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate, strong specificity and can be used to control the quality of Rujiexiao tablets.
