摘  要:目的:优选黄参膏的最佳提取工艺。方法:选择提取次数、提取时间、溶剂倍数为考察因素,以黄参膏中黄芪甲苷的含量作为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法优选黄参膏的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加10倍药材量水,煮提3次,每次煎煮2h。结论:优选得到的提取工艺稳定、可行。OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology for Huangshen electuary.METHODS: In this experiment the optimum extraction technology for Huangshen electuary was investigated by the L9(3^4) orthogonal test with the content of Astragaloside Ⅳ as technology index. The effects of three factors including the extraction times, time length of extraction and solvent ratio were investigated.RESULTS: The best extraction technology for Huangshen electuary was as follows:the solidliquid ratio was 1 : 10 and the decoction was carried out for 3 times (2 hours/time) .CONCLUSION:The optimum extraction technology for Huangshen electuary is stable and feasible.
