摘　　要：社会调查是为了让学生了解社会生活中的具体事实、获得对社会的正确认识,通过组织学生进行实地调查研究的一项实践活动。它对提升法科学生的实践能力有着至关重要的作用。本文以广西师范大学法学院应用法学近年来开展的社会调查活动为例,阐述了社会调查活动对法科学生实践能力培养的作用以及如何具体开展法律类社会调查活动。Social survey is to enable students to understand the social life of the specific facts and get a correct understanding of the community, through the organization of students on a field survey activities. It has a vital role in enhancing the practice capacity of law students. In this paper, we take the social survey activities as an example that carried out by students of the Law school of Guangxi Normal University, described its effect on cultivating practical ability of law students and how to carry out specific legal social survey activities.
