高效液相色谱法测定阴炎净洗液中苦参碱的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定阴炎净洗液中苦参碱含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱VP-ODS（5μm，150mm×4．6mm），流动相为甲醇水（含0．4％三乙胺，磷酸调pH至6．9）（10：90），流速：1mL·min^-1，检测波长：220nm，柱温：42℃。结果苦参碱在线性范围为0．04～0．24mg·mL^-1，回归系数为0．9998，RSD为0．93％，测得苦参碱的平均回收率为99．95％,RSD为0．53%（n=9）。结论本方法简便、准确、可靠，适用于阴炎净洗液中苦参碱的常规分析和质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of matrine in Yinyanjing lotion. Methods The column of VP-ODS （5 μm, 150 mm× 4.6 mm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water （10： 90, containing 0.4% triethylamine solution, pH adjusted to 6.9 with phosphoric acid）. The flow rate was 1 mL · min^-1, the detection wavelength was 220 nm; and the column temperature was 42 ℃. Results There was good linear relationship for matrine at 0. 04-0.24 mg · mL^- 1, r=0. 999 8. RSD=0.93%. The average recovery was 99.94%, RSD=0.53% （n=9）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and reproducible. It can be used in the regular analysis and the quality control of matrine in Yinyanjing lotion.
