用复杂性科学原理揭示中药指纹图谱的本质特征

摘　　要：目的对中药指纹图谱的本质特征进行深入研究。方法从复杂性科学角度论述中药指纹图谱所具有的本质特征。结果中药指纹图谱具有系统性、特征性、相对稳健性、模糊性、整体性、复杂性、动态开放性、活性交互性、微观精确性、宏观量化特征、超信息特征和数字化特征,总计12个本质特征。结论宏观定性评价是利用指纹图谱评价中药质量的基础和前提,宏观定量评价构成了中药指纹图谱控制中药质量的高级阶段。复杂性科学是指导中药指纹图谱控制中药质量的理论精髓。Objective To further explore the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic finger prints. Methods Investigation and exploration were employed to study the nature of the complex science of traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprints. Results The characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprints included 12 basic parts： systematic, specific, relatively stable, fuzzy, entire, complex, dynamically open system, reciprocity between peak and effectiveness, microcosmically precise, overall quantification, super informatic, and digitized. Conclusion The overall identification is the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine quality control by chromatographic fingerprints, and the quantitative assessment is the advanced method for evaluating quality of traditional Chinese medicine. Complex scientific construction is the core of the theories on the quality control of tra- ditional Chinese medicine quality control by chromatographic fingerprints.
