摘　　要：以社会身份疆界说为切入点,从社会性别和社会阶层的视角,探讨小说《一个迷途的女人》中的主人公玛丽恩从一位迷人的女人变成一位迷途的女人,再从一位迷途的女人回归成一位迷人的女人的人生历程,从而揭示了女性在由拓荒时代向商业社会的社会转型期中求生存的窘境。The paper is intended to analyze A Lost Lady by Willa Cather on the basis of the social identity theory and to discuss the characters and the themes of the novel. Unfolding the process of the charming Marian becoming a lost woman and then returning to a charming one from the gender perspective as well as the class perspective, the author disclose the dilemma of a woman to survive in the shift of times from wasteland reclaim period to a business society.
