摘 要:针对振动筛在镁粒和镁合金粒筛分过程中存在的筛网绷紧不均匀、一次筛分效率低、限上率超标、筛网寿命低等问题,在现场工艺试验的基础上,设计了结构简单、安装方便、使筛网绷紧均匀的卷轴式筛网绷紧装置和可靠、简便的卡瓦锁紧机构,设计安装了筛网后挡料板,有效防止了镁粒和镁合金粒从筛网后部溅入而产生的混料现象。On the conditional that the sieving bending was not uniform, the first sieving efficiency was low.
