摘　　要：针对高压液压系统流量信号测量难的问题,设计了一种内齿轮流量计,分析了该内齿轮流量计的工作原理,指出:该流量计具有结构简单、流量脉动低,可广泛用于液压系统的动态流量测量特点。Aiming at the question that it is difficult to measure the flow signal in the high pressure hydraulic system, the structure principle of the internal gear flow meter was designed. The working principle of the internal gear flow meter was analyzed. The results prove that the structure of the flow meter is simple, and the flow pulses is low, and also it can be used in the hydraulic system to measures the dynamic flow characteristic.
