摘  要:介绍了电动变桨距系统的结构,阐述了变桨距系统在运行中因变桨轴承故障而存在的问题。重点分析了变桨轴承产生故障的3个原因,并针对这些故障给出相应的改进措施。这些措施在实际应用中减少了轴承故障,提高了风力发电机的效率,降低了经济损失。Introduced electric pitch from the structure of system and elaborated electric pitch from system in the movement because of electric pitch system bearings failure but existent problem. The point analyzed electric pitch system bearings' creation failure of three reason, and aim at these failure to correspond of improvement measure. These measures reduced bearings failure in physically appliedly, raised the efficiency of wind power turbine and lowered economy loss.
