摘　　要：齿轮副的运行状态直接影响整个机械系统,对齿轮箱的检测可以掌握设备状态,具有重大经济和社会效益。运用铁谱技术对车轴齿轮箱监测,分析其运行状态,预测其故障及出现位置,并提出了相关建议。The state of pair of gear may affect the whole mechanical system, can master the state of the equipment, so that can get big economic effect. The ferrography is used to monitor the gear box of car shaft, analyze the running state, to predict the fault and its position, and give suggestion.
