摘　　要：阐述了Web2.0的概念及特点,分析了传统图书馆服务中存在的问题,阐明了网络环境下新型高校图书馆以读者为本的服务理念,并提供了一些加强图书馆建设的技术手段。This paper elucidates the concepts and characteristics of Web 2.0, analysis the problems traditional library services, and expounds the reader-based service concept of university library under environment, and puts forward some technical measures for strengthening the construction of the library.
