摘　　要：阐述了《中国地学大事典》的内容及编排特色,指出该书是一部查考地学史事的大型工具书,也是地学及相关学科专业的教学参考书或课外读物。This paper expounds the contents and arrangement characteristics of 《The Great Events Dictionary of Geoscienees in China》, points out that this book is not only the large reference book for checking the geoscience historical events, but also the teaching reference book or the extracurricular reading material of geoscience and its relevant studies.
