摘  要:介绍了确定大型炼油乙烯一体化工程中配套的整体气化联合循环(IGCC)装置蒸汽平衡的原则和制定蒸汽平衡方案的步骤,阐述了确定蒸汽平衡方案需要注意的问题,指出蒸汽平衡是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及到大型压缩机的驱动形式选择、气化单元能力确定、产汽设备能力和配置、蒸汽管网的稳定性和可靠性、投资和全厂经济性等。说明静态平衡和动态平衡的特点,探讨蒸汽动态平衡分析的步骤和方法。The steam balance of associated Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) plant of largesized integrated refinery and ethylene complex is introduced. The procedures for and precautions in determining steam balance scheme are described. Steam balance is a complicated system engineering, which involves selection of drivers for large compressors, determination of gasification unit capacity, design of steam generation facilities, stability and reliability of steam pipe networks and investment and plant economics etc. The features of static balance and dynamic balance are presented and the procedures and method of steam dynamic balance analysis are studied.
