摘 要:为了从沈北/大庆减压渣油中获得适宜生产微晶蜡的原料,在实验室小型连续溶剂脱沥青装置上,考察了操作条件对丙烷脱沥青过程的影响,并对液体萃取和近临界萃取溶剂脱沥青结果进行了对比。实验结果表明,近临界丙烷脱沥青对微晶蜡的萃取有利,相同收率条件下,由脱沥青油制得的微晶蜡滴熔点比液体萃取高5℃左右,微晶蜡收率比液体萃取高约5个百分点。适宜的近临界丙烷脱沥青操作条件是:萃取温度60~70℃,压力6~7 MPa,溶剂比4.0~4.5。To produce deasphalted oil (DAO)as microcrystalline wax feedstock, a series of propane deasphalting experiments were performed on a miniature continuous solvent deasphalting plant to study the impact of operation conditions on deasphalting process. The near-critical propane deasphalting was compared with liquid deasphalting. The results showed that the near-critical propane deasphalting favored extracting microcrystalline wax. At the same yields, the melting point of microcrystalline wax by near-critical propane deasphalting process is about 5 ℃ higher than liquid deasphalting and the yield of microcrystalline wax is 5 percent higher. The optimum conditions of near-critical propane deasphalting are: extracting temperature 60-70 ℃, extracting pressure 6.0-7.0 MPa and solvent/oil ratio 4.0-4.5.
