摘 要:试验研究IR在轿车子午线轮胎带束层胶中的应用效果。结果表明,用10份IR等量替代NR,胶料的门尼焦烧时间、t10、t50和t90延长,硫化胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率略有提高,损耗因子变化不大,硫化胶与钢丝粘合性能基本不变,带束层粘合力保持率提高;成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能良好,胶料成本降低了0.27元.kg-1。The application of IR in belt compound of PCR tire was investigated. The test results showed that, by using 10 phr IR instead of equiponderant NR, the Mooney scorch time, t10 ,t50 and t90 of compound were prolonged, the tensile strength and elongation at break of vulcanizate increased slightly, the loss factor of vulcanizate changed little, the conglutinate capacity between the vulcanizate and steel was unchanged, the conglutinate strength retention of belt was raised, the high-speed per- formance and endurance of the finished tire were good, and the cost of the compound was reduced by 0.27 yuan · kg-1.
