基于我省体育娱乐业经营者调查的体育服务与管理专业培养目标的思考  

On the Specialty-training Goals of Sports Services and Management Based on a Survey of Sports Entertainment Industry Operators in Zhejiang Province

摘　　要：近几年来,体育娱乐健身业迅速发展,以服务地方经济建设为宗旨和以就业为导向的高职院校,纷纷创办体育服务与管理专业。本文通过对浙江省11个地区的体育娱乐健身场所经营者的基本情况、场所状况和经营者对从业人员能力期望三方面的调查,提出了体育服务与管理专业人才的培养目标,旨在为此专业建设和改革提供理论依据。In recent years, with the rapid development of the sports entertainment and fitness industry, many higher vocational colleges based on the principle of serving the local economic construction and oriented by employment have established the major of sports services and management. By conducting an investigation into the basic conditions of the sports entertainment and fitness operators, facilities construction, location situations and the capability expectation of the operators towards the employed persons in 11 regions, this paper presents the specialty-training goals of sports services and management for the purpose of providing theoretical foundation for specialty construction and reform.
