摘　　要：社区卫生服务是我国卫生体系的重要组成部分。从目前社区卫生服务中公共卫生服务发展缓慢、监督管理体制不健全等问题入手,通过借鉴国外适宜经验,提出在社区卫生服务中引入第三方机制的设想,以此推动社区卫生服务的可持续发展。The community health service is an important component of the health system. To start from such problems as the public health service in the present community health service develops slowly and the supervision management system is not perfect and etc. By learning suitable experience from the foreign countries, to propose introduction of the third party mechanism in the community health service,in order to promote sustainable development of community health service
