摘  要:针对三维复杂槽型波形刃铣刀片和传统的平前刀面铣刀片,对45#钢的面铣加工进行了试验与理论分析,对铣削刀具进行了冲击破损数学模型的研究.首先对两种铣刀片进行冲击破损试验研究,揭示了不同铣刀片冲击破损失效形式的差异;其次,在试验研究基础上,采用数理统计方法,建立两种铣刀片冲击破损寿命累积分布函数的数学模型,证明了波形刃铣刀片的抗冲击破损性能优良;最后,应用柯尔莫哥洛夫检验方法证明两种铣刀片的冲击破损寿命概率分布符合威布尔分布函数,有助于解决自动化生产中刀具破损这一关键技术问题及研究槽型优选技术.This paper studied the mathematical model of the impact disrepair for the wave-edge milling insert with three dimension grooves explored by Harbin University of Science and Technology and the traditional fiat milling insert when cutting the 45^# steel by experiment. Firstly, the difference of the invalidation form of the different milling inserts' impact disrepair were opened out by experimenting and researching on the two kind of milling inserts. Secondly, the probability statistical method is used to find the mathematical model of the life cumulative distribution function of the two kind of milling inserts' impact disrepair based on the experiment, then the capability of the wave-edge milling insert to withstand the impact disrepair was better than the flat insert. Finally, the life probability distribution of the impact disrepair of the two kind of milling inserts accord with the We/bull distribution and could be proved by using the KO/IMOFOPOB statistical method. The research is better for resolving the question of the disrepair in production and the grooves optimizing.
