摘　　要：目的总结通辽市2007年麻疹减毒活疫苗(MV)强化免疫效果,探讨消除麻疹的策略。方法综合分析该市MV强化免疫现场调查资料,评估报告和法定传染病报告系统资料。结果通辽市2007年MV强化免疫共接种目标儿童143358人,报告接种率和调查接种率均>95%,强化免疫后麻疹发病锐减。结论通辽市2007年MV强化免疫后麻疹发病显著降低,但今后仍需加强常规免疫工作,保持高水平的实际免疫覆盖率和免疫成功率,尤其是大年龄组人群,消除免疫空白。[ Objective] To evaluate the supplementary immunization effect of measles vaccine in Tongliao in 2007, explore the strategy of eliminating measles. [Methods]The data of MV supplementary immunization were analyzed synthetically, which collected from field investigation, assessment report and the National Notifiable Disease Report System. [ Results] In 2007, 143 358 targeted children were inoculated with MV supplementary immunization in Tongliao, reported and investigated inoculation rate was both o- ver 95%. Measles cases decreased remarkably after measles supplementary immunization. [ Conclusion] The incidence of Measles decreased remarkable after measles supplementary immunization in Tongliao. However, the routine immunization still should be improved to keep the high rates of immunization coverage and success. In particular, senior age group should he regarded to eliminate blank of immunization.
