摘　　要：目的了解某事业单位职工的健康状况及其随时间变化情况,为疾病的早期干预和预防提供依据。方法对2005年和2007年某事业单位职工健康检查结果进行分析比较。结果两年体检在职职工和离退休职工高血压、脂肪肝、心脏疾患和肾胆疾患检出率的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),高胆固醇检出率的差异仅在2007年有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2007年和2005年相比,除脂肪肝和其他疾患检出率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)外,其余均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健康体检结果显示某事业单位职工健康状况不容乐观,必须加强预防控制。[ Objective] To understand the health condition of workers in an institution and its time dependence, and provide evidence for intervention and prevention of disease earlier. [ Methods] Collected the physical examination data of workers in the institution in 2005 and 2007. [ Results] Hypertension, fatty liver, heart disease and renal and biliary diseases among in-service workers and retired workers all had statistic difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference of cholesterol detection rate was significant only in 2007 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Results in 2007 compared with that in 2005, except that detection of fatty liver and other diseases were significance, the rest all had no significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] The results shows that the healthy state of workers in that institutions cannot be optimistic, and it need to strengthen prevention and control measures.
