摘  要:目的采用主成分分析法探索部分高危人群感染艾滋病、梅毒、病毒性肝炎的危险性,为健康教育和行为干预提供科学依据。方法采集监测对象血清标本进行HIV抗体、梅毒抗体、丙肝抗体、乙肝表面抗原检测。结果通过主成分分析前2个主成分累积贡献率达到98.949%,被确定为主要成分,建立主成分函数表达式,4种疾病主成分综合得分艾滋病最高(1.2682),感染风险列为第1,以下依次为梅毒、乙型肝炎和丙型肝炎。结论运用主成分分析法可以消除原始变量间的信息重叠,合理、综合评价其风险性。[ Objective] To evaluate the infection risk of AIDS, Syphilis and Virus Hepatitis among parts of the high risk group by principal component analysis, and provide the science evidence for health education and behavior intervention. [ Methods ] Serum samples were collected so as to measure the anti-HIV, anti-HCV, syphilis antibody, and HBsAg. [ Results] When 98. 949 % of cumulative variance proportion was regarded as limits, two principal components and their function equation were given. The relationship between principal components and their original variables was analyzed. The two principal components represented risk characteristic of HIV and HBV. [ Conclusion ] The principal component analysis can eliminate the overlapping effects of primeval variables, and it can evaluate the risk of HIV, HCV, HBV and syphilis infection reasonably and comprehensively.
