摘　　要：该文报道了莱钢集团有限公司医院医务人员工作中存在的职业危害因素,并有针对性地提出相应的职业防护对策,通过职业安全防护教育,加强职业危害预防和工作伤害的防护,以有效地降低职业危害。This paper reported that occupational hazards existed in the work of medical staff in Laiwu Steel Group Company Limited Hospital, and put forward appropriate occupational protection measures, through occupational safety and protection education, strengthening the prevention of occupational hazards and injury prevention, to effectively reduce occupational hazards.
