PTT及其与PET和PBT共混纤维的性能分析

摘　　要：文章系统对比分析了PTT、PTT/PET、PTT/PBT、高收缩PET及PA 5种纤维的拉伸性、回弹性、卷曲性及沸水收缩性。实验表明,PTT纤维具有优良的弹性回复率,PTT/PET、PTT/PBT纤维的卷曲性和沸水收缩性能更为优异,因此在今后PTT纤维的研究中可以尝试对其结构改进以更好发挥其性能优势。In this paper, tensile, elasticity, crimp and boiling-water shrinkage properties of five kinds of fibers, PTT, PTT/PET, PTT/PEBT, high-shrinkage PET and PA fibers, were compared. The test results showed that PTT fiber owns good elastic recovery, and the crimping capacity and the boiling-water shrinkage property of PTT/PET and PTT/PBT were better. So it can be tried to modify the structure of PTT to develop its property advantages in further research.
