维和军人在任务期心理应激状态与人格特征的相关研究

摘　　要：目的了解维和军人在执行任务时的心理应激状态与影响因素。方法随机抽取驻利比里亚维和官兵80人，应用军人心理应激自评量表（PSET）、症状自评量表（SCL-90）和艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）分别在任务初期和末期进行调查。结果（1）在进驻利比里亚初期维和军人T分≥70分的有6人（4．44％），任务末期T分／〉70分的有14人（10．4％），任务期前后维和军人的心理应激状况差异有显著性；（2）维和任务结束期维和军人SCL-90中的躯体化、焦虑、人际敏感和抑郁各因子分和总均分均高于任务初期，相比差异有显著性（P〈0.05，P〈0．01）；（3）任务末期EPQ—N分值[（11.87±4.26）分]高于任务初期[（9．09±4．72）分]；（4）维和任务末期心理应激T分与EPQ—P、EPQ—N呈显著正相关（P〈0．01），与EPQ—L呈显著负相关（P〈0．01）；EPQ—P和EPQ—N与SCL-90各因子分呈显著正相关，而与EPQ—L呈显著负相关。结论执行维和任务中维和军人出现心理应激和心理健康状况的变化，个性特征对其心理应激状态有显著影响，外向个性和稳定的情绪对维和军人的身心健康有积极作用。Objective To investigate the correlation of psychological stress and personality of the peacekeeping soldiers when they were implementing their mission. Methods 80 soldiers were investigated by Psychological Stress Self-evaluation Test （PSET）, Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ） during initial and end stage of mission. Results （1） The number of persons whose T score of PEST ≥70 increased from 6（4.44% ） to 14（ 10.4% ） during the mission, there is significant different between initial and end stage of mission. （2）The scores of SCL-90 factors including somatization, anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity and depression in the end stage of mission are significantly increased when compared with the initial stage; （3）The EPQ-N score in the end stage of mission is significantly higher than that of the initial stage ; （4）The T score of PEST is positively correlated with EPQ-P and EPQ-N, but negatively correlated with EPQ-L;and the SCL-90 factors are positively correlated with EPQ-P and EPQ-N, but negatively correlated with EPQ-L. Conclusion The peaeekeeping soldiers have remarkable changes in psychological stress and mental health during the mission period and personality influence psychologieal stress significantly;and extrovert personality and stable emotion adjustment are positive factors for the mental health of peaeekeeping soldiers.
