预扩张额部皮瓣在鼻再造中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨预扩张额部皮瓣在鼻再造中的价值。方法在前额部软组织下放置软组织扩张器,经过8周左右时间将皮肤扩张,然后设计以滑车上动脉为蒂的前额部皮瓣,向下旋转重建外鼻。结果3例外鼻损伤患者均采用了该方法,再造的外鼻形态良好,色泽满意。结论扩张厚的的额部皮瓣是鼻再造的理想方法。Objective To explore the efficacy of nose reconstruction by pre-expanded forehead flap. Methods An expandable silastie implant was placed under the forehead tissue and water was injected into it.The forehead shin tissue was explanded during 8 weeks.A forehead flap with lateral supratrochlear artery was designed over the explanded forehead skin tissue and used for a nose defect. Results 3patients with nose defect accepted the reconstruction option. Better nose countour and skin color were achieved. Conclusion The pre-expanded forehead flap is acknowledged as the ideal option for major nose reconstruction.
