摘　　要：在过去的几十年中,非政府间国际组织的数量日益增加,他们在国际舞台上发挥着越来越重要的作用。他们不仅与政府间的国际组织保持着密切的合作关系,而且积极地参与其间的活动。这些活动已经开始慢慢影响传统国际法律秩序,对国际法的发展带来了一定的影响。During the past several decades,the quantity of non-intergovernmental international organizations keeps increasing,and they are playing more and more important role in the international stage.Not only do they cooperate closely with the intergovernmental international organizations,but also engage in their activities actively.These activities already started to exert an influence on the traditional international legal order gradually,which also has somewhat influenced the development of international law.
