摘  要:将加丽素红、金黄素及金菊黄3种外援色素和饲料原料色素物质配入黄颡鱼饲料中,进行为期8周的养殖试验。结果表明:各试验组间黄颡鱼的特定生长率无显著差异(P>0.05)。加丽素红组、金黄素组和玉米蛋白粉组饲料蛋白质效率均分别比对照组显著降低26.2%、25.1%和24.9%,金菊黄组降低13.3%。对照组饵料系数最低,显著低于金黄素组和玉米蛋白粉组。金黄素和金菊黄的添加使得黄颡鱼的成活率达到90.2%,高于其它各组。饲料色素的添加对黄颡鱼的内脏比、肝体比无显著影响(P>0.05),但对鱼体肝胰脏中脂肪含量有一定的影响,金黄素组鱼体肝胰脏中脂肪比对照组显著下降了18.2%。饲料色素的添加对黄颡鱼血液中血红蛋白的含量、血清中SOD酶、溶菌酶活力和肝胰脏GPT活力均无显著影响(P>0.05)。The Pelteobagrus fulvidraco was raised for 8 weeks with the feed, into which 3 foreign pigments and feed stocks containing pigments were added. The results showed that special growth rate of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in each group had no remarkable difference (P 〉0.05 ). The protein efficiency rate of Carophyii-Red added group, Jinhuangsu added group and corn gluten meal group were significandy lower than control group by 26.2%, 25.1%, 24.9% respectively, while goldenrod added group was lower than control group by 13.3%. The feed conversion ratio of control group, Jinhuangsu added group and corn gluten meal group was 2.29 ± 0.19, 3. 14 ±0.29 and 3.17 ±0.45 respectively. Among them, the feed conversion ratio of control group was significantly lower than the other two. The addition of Jinhuangs'u and Goldenrod in feed can make the Pelteobagrusfulvidraco grow to attain the 90% survival rate and was higher than other groups; The addition of pigments in feed had no effect on improving the bowel/body and hepatopancreas/body of the Pelteobagrus fulvidraco while they would have some effect on the content of fat in hepatopancreas of the Pelteobagrus fulvidraco. The content of fat in hepatopancreas in Jinhuangsu added group were significantly lower than control group by 18.2% (P 〈 0.05).
