摘　　要：建立了一种毛细管电泳法测定槐角中黄酮类化合物的方法,利用所建立的方法研究了槐角生长过程中黄酮类化合物的含量变化,所得结果对槐角药物质量控制和药用资源开发具有一定参考价值.A method of determination of flanonoids in Frucuts Sophorae by capillary electrophoresis has been developed. The developed method was utilized to investigate the content variation of flavonoids during the growth of Fructus Sophorae. The results was useful for the quality control and medicinal resource development of Fructus Sophorae.
