摘　　要：从结构和过程的二元观点阐述产业集群中信任关系的形成是由集群自身结构及其组成成员间的互动结果决定的.不同发展阶段和不同类型的产业集群中的信任关系是不同的,基于不同基础形成的信任关系也会影响产业集群的发展,信任是推动集群发生演化的内部力量之一.产业集群内信任关系的构建需要以建立动态最优信任为原则.It illustrates the formulation mechanism of trust relationship in network organizations from the views of both structure and process. Different stages of network organizations have different kinds of strust relationship. And in turn, trust relationship based on different stages can influence the development of network organizations. Trust is among the inner power, which stimulates the evolution of network organizations. Constructing trust in network organizations should be guided under the principle of dynamic optimal trust.
