摘 要:用质量变化曲线拟合求导的方法研究不同温度下玻璃纤维增强乙烯基酯树脂(GF/VE)复合材料在40wt%硫酸介质中的腐蚀速率,探讨了介质温度及浸泡时间对腐蚀速率的影响,并对比75℃下乙烯基酯树脂浇注体及玻璃纤雏的腐蚀速率,分析了GF/VE复合材料在硫酸中的腐蚀机理。结果表明,乙烯基酯树脂浇注体在硫酸中的腐蚀速率随腐蚀时间的延长逐渐降低,最后基本趋于平衡,玻璃纤维在硫酸中的腐蚀速率随腐蚀时间逐渐增加,但数值很小,而GF/VE复合材料的腐蚀速率随腐蚀时间的延长不断增加,且随温度升高,腐蚀速率增大。结合SEM照片观察得出,GF/VE复合材料在硫酸介质浸泡初始主要是树脂发生腐蚀,后期主要是界面腐蚀起主导作用。The corrosion rate of E-glass fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin (GF/VE) composites in 40 wt % sulfuric acid solution at various temperatures was studied by fitting their mass changing curves then taking first derivative. The effect of temperature and immersion time on the corrosion rate was also investigated. Meanwhile, the corrosion mechanism of the GF/VE composites was analyzed through comparing with the corrosion rates of VE casts and glass fibers in 40 wt % sulfuric acid solution at 75℃. It was shown that the corrosion rate of VE casts in sulfuric acid solution decreased with immersion time and a nearly constant corrosion rate was reached in the final stage, the glass fibers in sulfuric acid were corroded with a constant rate during the whole immersion time. While the corrosion rate of the GF/VE composites in sulfuric acid increased with immersion time and temperature. Integrating with SEM figure, the corrosion of GF/VE composites in 40 wt % sulfuric acid solution were mainly corroded by resin corrosion in initial immersion state then followed by interphase corrosion in the following state.
