摘　　要：本文对ES-T541定型剂的状态、流变性能、凝胶时间和热性能进行分析。并且对ES-T541定型刑与RTM专用双马树脂的相容性,对双马树脂的热性能、固化反应和碳纤维复合材料性能的影响进行研究。研究结果表明,ES-T541定型剂可用溶液法和粉末法定型纤维,能相容双马树脂,对树脂及复合材料性能没有负面影响。This paper focuses on the tackifier（ ES-T541 ）. The rheology, time to＇gel and thermal property of ES- T541 were discussed. Moreover the compatibility of ES-T541with the matrix resin bismaleimide-based for RTM was researched. The effect of ES-T541 to the thermal property of bismaleimide resin, to curing reaction, to carbon fiber composite was considered too. The results show that ES-T541 can tackify the fiber either by solution or by powder. No side effect on bismaleimide resin and composite.
