摘  要:对木豆6个杂交早熟品种、6个杂交中熟品种以及3个纯系中熟品种叶片的光合日变化特征进行了研究。结果表明:(1)15个木豆品种叶片净光合速率(Pn)的日变化曲线均呈"单峰"型,没有"午休"现象,其叶片Pn达到峰值后下降,为非气孔因素所造成;木豆叶片的Pn日平均值在品种间无显著性差异,但在木豆杂交早熟品种与木豆杂交中熟品种间有显著差异;(2)木豆杂交中熟品种和木豆纯系品种日平均蒸腾速率(Tr)均高于木豆杂交早熟品种,而在木豆杂交中熟品种和木豆纯系品种间的Tr差异并不显著;(3)木豆杂交早熟品种叶片的日平均瞬时水分利用率(WUE)要高于木豆纯系品种,且耐旱能力强于木豆纯系品种,而在木豆杂交中熟品种与木豆杂交早熟品种和木豆纯系品种间的差异不显著;(4)相关分析结果表明,对各木豆品种叶片Pn影响最显著的是光合有效辐射(PAR)因子。Diurnal course of photosynthesis of 6 early maturing hybrids, 6 middle maturing hybrids and 3 medium maturing pine line cultivars of pigeonpea were studied. The results were as follows : ( 1 ) The change of diurnal net photosynthetic rate of all the tested pigeonpea cultivars had been showed by one peak curve, without obvious mid- day depression. The Pn' s decline after peak was influenced mainly by no-stoma factors. There was no significant difference among cultivars in daily average values of Pn, however the difference between early maturing and medium maturing cultivars was significant, (2) Daily average values of Tr of middle maturing hybrid and pure line cuhivars were higher than that of early maturing hybrid, the difference between middle maturing hybrid and pure line cultivars was not significant. (3) Daily average values of WUE and drought tolerance ability in early maturing varieties were higher than pure line cuhivars, there were no significant differences among the three groups. (4) The results of correlation analysis showed that the primary factor affecting Pn was PAR.
