摘　　要：在分析现有企事业单位对人事工资管理方法的基础上,结合工资管理的特点,基于.NET技术提出一套人事工资管理系统的设计方法.本文从程序的总体设计、关键设计、需求迭代和数据库等方面进行了分析研究.Based on the detailed analysis of the staff salary mangement of enterprises and the character of salary mangement, the essay puts forward a set of staff salary mangement system based on . NET. In the design, the system,which includes general design, detailed design, need change and data base, strictly follows soft ware engineering and takes the strict cycle management mode.
