职场适应障碍的精神分析及治疗与预防模式

摘　　要：随着职场机械化、自动化、大型化和高速化的快速发展,职场上的负荷越来越大,变化也越来越频繁,职场上的员工们对企业和社会快速发展的形势越来越感到不适应,从而导致了"职场适应障碍"的频繁发生。通过"开放态"和"收敛态"概念的引入,对"职场适应障碍"的表现形式进行了较为详细的分析,并提出了相应的治疗和预防模式。With the mechanization, automation, large-scale and high-speed development in workplace,in creasingly more burden and changes are experienced by staff. Their maladjustment to the rapid development of the workplace and the society results in the occurrence of vocational adaptation disorder. The concepts of ＂opening state＂ and ＂closed state＂ were introduced, to analyze the disorder from the view of psychology, and cot the responding measures were also provided.
