摘 要:[目的]建立在同一液相色谱条件下测定混剂中氟虫腈和乙酰甲胺磷含量的方法。[方法]采用C18反相柱和紫外检测器,以乙腈∶水=32∶68(V/V)为流动相,检测波长为215 nm,外标法定量。[结果]氟虫腈和乙酰甲胺磷的标准偏差分别为0.030和0.120,变异系数分别为2.84%和0.34%,平均回收率分别为99.29%和99.71%;线性相关系数分别为0.999 6和0.999 8。[结论]在同柱同操作条件下分析36%氟虫腈.乙酰甲胺磷乳油,简便、快速、稳定可靠,是一种较理想的分析方法。[Objective] The research aimed to establish a HPLC method for the determination of fipronil 'and acephate in 36% emulsifiable concentrate (EC). [ Method ] The HPLC conditions were C18 reverse column, ace tonilrile: water 32:68( V/V)as mobile phase, UV detection at 215 nm, and an external standard method. [Result] The standard deviations of fipronil and acephate were 0.030 and 0.120. The variation coefficients were 2.84% and 0.34%. 3he average recoveries were 99.29% and 99.71% ,The linear correlatious were 0.999 6 and 0.999 8,respectively. [Conclusion] The analytical method for determination of fipronil and acephate in 36% EC at one column and one condition was simple,rapid and reliable. It's a preferred method of analysis.
