侧柏叶总黄酮在功能性洗发香波中的应用研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究侧柏叶总黄酮在功能性洗发香波中的应用。[方法]采用侧柏叶总黄酮提取液为疗效剂,以去屑防脱功能性香波为研究对象,对侧柏叶功能性洗发香波的制备工艺及配方进行了研究,确定了去屑防脱发功能性洗发香波的工艺及配方。并且对该功能性洗发香波的稳定性、发泡性、pH值、黏度及调理性能进行了研究。[结果]该功能性洗发香波中,侧柏叶总黄酮的浓度以1.28 mg/ml为宜。[结论]该功能性洗发香波综合性能良好,且制作工艺简单。[ Objective] The aim of this paper was to study the application of total tlavonids extraction from Platycladus orientalis leaf in functional shampoo. [ Method] Taking the oriental Platycladus orientalis leaf extraction as curativeness, and the nursing shampoo which had the effects of anti-alopecia and anti-dandruff as tile object,the authors not only had done the research to the formula choice and preparation craft of the oriental Platycladus orientalis leaf functionality shampoo, confirmed the shampoo which simultaneously had anti-alopecia and anti-dandruff pharmacological function, but also had analyzed the stability,the froth performance,the pH value,the viscosity and the conditioning capability of the functional shampoo. [Result] The overall performance of this functional shampoo was better,and the suitable density of the flavones oriental arborvitae leaf＇s was 1.28 mg/ml. A shampoo contained oriental Platycladus orientalis leaf extraction showed the effects of anti-alopecia and anti-dandruff in the tests according to the national standard. [ Conclusion] The functional shampoo had good comprehensive properties,and the production process was simple.
