摘　　要：详细介绍了雨季使用的无电力双保险自动报警装置的理论根据、装置组成及其工作过程,对保护山区坡地村民的生命财产安全具有现实意义。In every rainy season,the houses on the sloping land in China＇s mountainous areas are often destroyed by the large-scaled landslides,and even sometimes the dwellers＇ lives are threatened and claimed. It seems to be an unavoidable natural disaster-the extremely heavy rain denies dwellers＇ prompting response to landslides.However,through careful analysis,it was found out that the loss in live and property caused by landslides can be decreased to the lowest with a little investment on the low-cost water hammer auto-alarm system which worked in the absence of any electric power with diploid safety.
