水电开发损失补偿范畴分析

摘　　要：做好水电开发的损失补偿工作,是正确理解损失范畴的基本前提。基于此,结合目前的工作实际,从水库淹没损失补偿、生态补偿和移民补偿3个方面对水电开发损失经济补偿工作范畴进行归纳,并且对目前水电补偿过程中出现的问题进行分析。Understanding the loss category was the precondition of loss compensation in the hydropower exploitation. Based on the practice, the loss category from the aspects of the water reservoir loss compensation, eco-compensation and resettlement compensation was concluded. And the problems existed in the practical work were analyzed.
