摘  要:通过采用湿度传感器和重力传感器测量干燥过程的空气湿度和物料脱水率,实时准确地采集物料干燥过程中温湿度及脱水率信号,并与PLC连接,通过针对农业物料干燥特点设计的PLC控制程序,有效监控干燥过程。试验结果表明,该系统能够对农业物料的干燥过程进行有效监控,并且明显改善干燥品质。Humidity of air and dehydrate rate of material were monitored in the drying process by humidity and gravity senses. Data of temperature, humidity and dehydrate rate were collected exactly and real-time. The process of drying was monitored by PLC based on drying character of agricultural material. The experimental results showed that the system could monitor and control drying process of agricultural material efficiently and improve drying quality significantly.
